Return and Replacement Policies

If you have questions about our return or replacement polices, please read through the information below.

Return Policy for Electronic Products (downloadable software)
  1. You must request a return within 30 days of your original transaction.
  2. You request a return by sending an email message to exceller@aol.com, by faxing (513) 792-9546 or by sending a letter to Exceller Software Corporation, 10999 Reed Hartman Hwy, Suite 330, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
  3. Your request must state your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason why you don't want the software. If possible, include your receipt number.
  4. You will need to delete the program from your hard drive and erase any back-up copies you have created.
  5. Exceller will send you a "letter of destruction" that states that you removed the software from your hard drive.
  6. You need to sign the letter of destruction and mail it back to Exceller and then you will get a full refund.
  7. We will credit your credit card within 15 days after receipt of the signed letter of destruction.
Return Policy for Physical Products (CD-ROM products)
  1. You must request a return within 30 days of your original transaction.
  2. You request a return by sending an email message to exceller@aol.com, by faxing (513) 792-9546 or by sending a letter to Exceller Software Corporation, 10999 Reed Hartman Hwy, Suite 330, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
  3. Your request must state your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason why you don't want the software. If possible, include your receipt number.
  4. All returns are subject to approval by Exceller. If the request is approved, you will be contacted with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address to send the software.
  5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of returned software.
  6. We will credit your card within 15 business days of the receipt of the returned software.
Replacement Policy for Defective Electronic Products
  1. DEFECTIVE software may be returned to Exceller for same-item exchange only within the first 30 days of purchase.
